Power Edge Pro for CoachesAre you a progressive and innovative coach that wants to provide your players with the most up to date skill training? What are the best hockey coaches at all levels doing to prepare their teams to perform at the top of their abilities?

Ask championship coaches like Gerard Gallant and Mike Kelly…they are working every day on player skills and developing team play around the skills of their players. If you have the best player development program, you can have the best team. Enter Power Edge Pro. It is often this simple.

Repetition is a cornerstone of development for the best coaches. And it has to be repetition of the right training that targets the skills needed for success.

Top coaches challenge players every day to get better and they provide challenges with innovative training performed at game pace and often in game like situations.

Conditioning and creativity are other built in benefits from Power Edge Pro training. As players are developing skating and puck skills, read-and-react skills and creativity grow as well.

PEP Training can come to you for as little as $13.84 per player using a certified PEP Instructor to run training sessions. Or, you can lease the PEP system and train your team for as little as $99.00 per parent for the season, giving you flexibility to train as often as you like.

Power Edge Pro has an on-line video library. This allows coaches, regardless of experience, to teach players how to develop their skills in a linear progression of development. And, if coaches can’t perform the specific exercises, they can bring their I-pad on the ice and players can watch the drill video with voice over instruction and story boards identifying key teaching points.

Like I said, I`m an old school guy but seeing this today was very impressive. I plan on training every Monday afternoon, usually we have Sunday`s off so Monday is our practice day, so I think we will do this 45 minutes the start of the week as long as our schedule allows. If you start this at the Novice/Atom level it’s going to be outstanding, most of our kids did this for the first time today and they really enjoyed and thought it was excellent and their comments back to me were, why wasn’t I doing this at Novice, Atom and Peewee.
